This seminar may be recorded by Customer Service Training Resource.
If you need special accommodations, please contact us two weeks in advance of the program.
Customer Service Training Resource is not approved to offer self-study CPE credit for accountants; therefore, no CPE will be given for this program if ordered as a self-study package.
If you cancel six or more business days in advance, you will receive a full refund, less a $20.00 service charge. If you cancel within five business days or choose not to attend and do not cancel, you will receive a refund less a $100.00 service charge in accordance with the Arkansas State Board of Private Career Education regulations. If Customer Service Training Resource cancels a program, you will receive a full refund. Customer Service Training Resource disclaims any liability for any other direct or compensatory payment
AR State Board of Private Career Education Information:
The information in the brochure is current as printed. The Arkansas State Board of Private Career Education will receive advance notification of changes to the seminar content. Due to the shortness of the seminar, Customer Service Training Resource does not have a policy concerning leave, excused or unexcused absences, or makeup work. Tardiness is monitored and a modified Certificate of Attendance will be issued if necessary. Your attendance at the seminar meets the satisfactory progress policy. You will not receive a grade, but will receive a Certificate of Attendance for participating in the seminar. There are no prerequisites for attending the seminar and credit will not be granted for previous education, training and/or work experience.
